The Gite
The property known as “La Petite Grange” is available for holiday rental all year round subject to confirmation by Barry and Christine Burnham (the owners) to the person wishing to rent the property (the client).
The booking will be held for seven days until payment is received of a 20% deposit if arrival is greater than 6 weeks OR full payment if less that 6 weeks. Following receipt of the payment we will send confirmation. This will be a formal acceptance of your booking.
The balance is payable in cash or by cheque on arrival or bank transfer to be cleared 6 weeks before arrival.
We also ask for a security deposit of 150€ on arrival which will be returned to your home address within 10 days of you leaving, subject to damage or excess cleaning.
Payment will be accepted in Euro’s or by Cheque, but please ask if you wish to pay in any other currency i.e. pounds, dollars.
We try to be flexible with arrival days and length of stay this is to enable you to take advantage of budget airline fares etc at these times of the year.
Longer holiday rental prices are negotiable depending on length of stay.
Unless prior arrangements have been made due to flight arrivals etc, time of arrival shall not be before 4.00pm, and property to be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.
Please remember all utilities are included in the holiday rental price. Use of a washing machine is available, this is to prevent the wet room being used as a laundry. All breakages must be reported or replaced.
Cancellations must be made by registered post and are on a date received basis. If we able to re let the accommodation, you could receive 80% of your payments returned.
Pets Pets are not permitted unless prior agreement has been discussed with the owners.
